The Latest Addition to the Diablo's Family.....
Following on from the success of its sister businesses in St Mary’s Street and in Narberth, this latest venture promises to offer guests something different.
Diablo’s on the Quay is a gastro pub that will serve traditional, British pub style food of the highest quality. A rustic approach with an emphasis on using fresh, well sourced produce in all of its delicious dishes is a priority here and customers will love the relaxing and family friendly atmosphere.
The well-chosen menu boasts appetising starters such as hash of duck, fried duck egg and brown sauce or smoked haddock cake, tomato soup and grilled chorizo. There is a great selection of succulent steaks and burgers from the grill and traditional favourites that include pie of the week, fish and chips with garden peas and tartar sauce or black pepper and caramelised onion sausage and mash served with ale and onion gravy.
Egg custard tart with rhubarb sorbet and chocolate and passion fruit torte are just a couple of the delicious desserts that are available to complete a wonderful dining experience. Or for those with more of a savoury palate the Welsh cheeseboard complete with house chutney and warm Welsh cakes is a must.
For workers in a hurry during the week Diablo’s on the Quay provide an express lunch menu from just £7 and Sunday lunches will be available from April.
There is a great selection of beers, ales, ciders and spirits plus an extensive wine list that complements every meal. Lunch is served between 12.00 noon and 2.00 pm and dinner is from 6.00 pm until 9.00 pm but customers can enjoy drinks all day long. With a beautiful outdoor area and warmer weather fast approaching Carmarthen’s newest eatery is definitely worth visiting.
